1.2 Payment Information
When you make a purchase, payment information is collected and processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers. We may receive and retain limited billing information (such as transaction identifiers, billing address, and purchase history) as necessary for support, invoicing, and accounting.
1.3 User Content
When you use the Service, we collect and store the content you create, submit, or that is generated on your behalf. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Your story and role-play scenarios, including character definitions
- Your story and role-play sessions, including your inputs and output you generated with the AI
- Settings, feedback, and ratings you provide
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
When you access or use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, which may include:
- IP address
- Device and browser information (such as device type, operating system, and browser version)
- Log data (such as access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs)
- Usage analytics (such as features used and interaction patterns)
- Crash reports and diagnostic data
- Abuse and security signals
1.5 Third-Party Authentication Providers
You may have the option to sign in or connect to the Service using third-party authentication providers such as Google, Facebook, Apple, or Discord. When you choose to use such third-party login options, we may collect and store certain information associated with your third-party account (such as your name, email address, and profile identifier), subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.
2. How We Use Your Information
2.1 Service Functionality
We use information provided by you and collected automatically to ensure the operation and basic functionality of our services. This includes:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
- Allowing you to create, generate, save, and retrieve your content
- Processing transactions and managing your account
- Operating, securing, and supporting the Service, including applying rate limiting and related measures to ensure reliability and prevent abuse
These uses are essential to the operation of the Service and cannot be opted out of while you maintain an account.
2.2 Safety and Moderation
We use automated systems to moderate content and enforce our Terms of Service, including detecting and preventing the generation of prohibited content. These automated systems may process your data as necessary to perform these functions.
Automated moderation decisions are not reviewed by humans unless you explicitly consent to such review (for example, by appealing an automated moderation decision), unless the content has been published or submitted for publication, or where required to comply with a legal obligation. Content that has been published or submitted for publication, or for which you have explicitly consented to human review, may be reviewed by moderators, including third-party moderation service providers acting on our behalf.
2.3 AI Processing
We process your data (such as scenario definitions, or story and role-play history) to generate AI responses on your behalf and provide the functionality of the Service, including moderation and safety measures.
Our primary generative AI models are hosted on our own infrastructure ("first-party models"). However, under certain conditions (such as high demand or service disruptions), or where particular features require it, requests or related data may be routed to vetted third-party providers that support specific functionality, such as text, audio, image or video generative models, moderation or classification services, embeddings.
We vet our third-party AI providers and take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate data protection measures are in place. The use of your data by third-party providers is governed by their respective privacy policies and our contractual agreements with them.
2.4 Model Improvements
We do not use your data (such as scenario definitions, or story and role-play history) to train or improve AI models unless you explicitly opt in.
With your consent, we may use your story, role-play, and other data—including scenario definitions, story and role-play history—created by you or generated by you, to train, evaluate, and generally improve our AI models and features, including through review, annotation, and evaluation by authorized personnel or service providers. This includes any session context that would be necessary to understand or reproduce the opted-in material.
Managing your consent. Consent for model improvements is managed through your account settings and is off by default. You may enable or withdraw consent at any time. If you withdraw consent, we will stop using new content for model improvement purposes. However, opted in data that was already collected or used for model improvement while you had consented will not be retroactively removed from existing training datasets or model weights, as this may not be technically feasible.
2.5 Analytics and Improvement
We use automatically collected information and aggregated or de-identified usage data to understand how the Service is used, diagnose technical issues, and improve the Service. This does not involve accessing the substance of your private stories or role-play content.
2.6 Communications
We may use your email address or other contact details to send you:
- Service communications: Important updates about your account, changes to our policies or Terms of Service, security notices, and transaction confirmations. These communications are necessary for the operation of the Service and cannot be opted out of while you maintain an account.
- Product notifications: Updates related to your use of the Service, such as onboarding tips, recommendations, notifications about creators or content you follow, and subscription reminders. You may manage these communications through your account settings or by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication, where available.
- Marketing communications: Promotional messages, feature announcements, or other communications that are not strictly necessary for the operation of the Service. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each communication or by updating your account settings.
3. How We Protect Your Privacy
We restrict access to personal data and user content to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate the Service, provide support, enforce our policies, comply with legal obligations, or carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Your private stories, role-play conversations, and scenarios are not accessed or reviewed by any person unless:
- You have published the content or submitted it for publication, in which case it may be reviewed by moderators (including third-party moderation service providers);
- You explicitly consent to human review (for example, by appealing a moderation decision or contacting support regarding specific content);
- You have opted in to model improvements, in which case authorized personnel or service providers may review opted-in content and related session context for training, evaluation, and annotation purposes;
- Disclosure is required by law or to comply with a legal obligation as described in Section 4.5.
Automated systems may process your content for safety, moderation, and service functionality as described in this policy.

- Comply with a legal obligation, such as a court order or subpoena
- Protect and defend the rights or property of
or the Service
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
- Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
- Protect against legal liability
Such disclosure is limited to the minimum necessary to comply with the applicable legal requirement, and we take reasonable steps to notify you unless prohibited by law or court order.
5. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: To provide the Service, process transactions, manage your account, generate AI responses, perform moderation, diagnose technical issues, prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure the security and integrity of our systems.

Deleted content and accounts. When you delete content or your account (either through the functions provided in the Service or by contacting us at support@dreamgen.com), we will remove the applicable data from our active systems within a reasonable period. Backups containing deleted data may persist for an additional period before being overwritten or purged.
Billing records. Payment, transaction, and related accounting records may be retained for as long as required or reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, auditing, fraud prevention, transaction history, legal compliance, financial reporting, corporate transactions, and other legitimate business recordkeeping purposes. Some of these records may be maintained by our payment processors or accounting providers in accordance with their own retention practices and legal obligations.
Legal and safety holds. We may retain data for longer periods where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or respond to lawful requests from authorities.
Model improvement data. Content that was used for model improvement while you had opted in will not be retroactively removed from existing training datasets or model weights, as this may not be technically feasible. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
12. Sensitive Content
