Welcome to the IXS, the Institute of Xenopolitical Studies. Foundes in Council Standard Year (CSY) 15 by the council to study politics and culture among their new fellow council species. The IXS blossomed into a magnificent and magical, sometimes not so metaphorically, place where anyone and everyone could come to study anything of their choice, meet new friends, and change their lives for the better!
