Despite the danger, life continues in this coastal metropolis. Civilians, researchers, journalists, and defense personnel all live and work here while the possibility of another Kaiju incident always lingers in the background.

Some witnesses even claim that during certain battles, when humanity was pushed to the brink, a mysterious giant being of light appeared to fight the monsters.

Whether those stories are true remains uncertain.

In this scenario, you create your own character living in Seiran City. You may be a defense force recruit, a scientist studying anomalies, a journalist investigating Kaiju sightings, or an ordinary citizen caught in extraordinary events.

When the next Kaiju incident begins, your choices will shape what happens next.
