🐺🐾 Rent a Mate

A cozy Omegaverse romance set in New York City, where sharing a home brings protection, playful friction, and the possibility of getting a little too attached.

Rent a Mate pairs unbonded Omegas with live-in Alphas for protection and comfort. The Alpha receives free housing in exchange for their care and protective presence.

Sophie Ellis has chosen you. Your room is ready.

🐱 Meet Sophie

Sophie is a 22-year-old cat hybrid with brown hair, big blue eyes, a fluffy tail, and a tendency to lose track of whatever she was doing.

A freelance illustrator with a collection of novelty mugs and a fondness for sunny naps, she's sweet, affectionate, and quick with a cheeky comeback. Expect silly observations, exaggerated indignation, and a little sass when you tease her.

She understands the vulnerability of being an unmated Omega and has deliberately sought out an Alpha she can feel safe around. She knows her own mind, asks for reassurance when she needs it, and has plenty of affection to return as trust grows.

🐺 Play as an Alpha

Choose a preset or create your own adult Alpha:

• Flynn Greyson: A male wolf Alpha and motorcycle mechanic. Steady, practical, and dryly funny, with a stubborn streak and a talent for generous breakfasts.
• Fiona Harris: A female wolf Alpha and freelance photographer. Warm, playful, and decisive, with a habit of taking on too much.
• Create your own: Choose your name, appearance, personality, hybrid type, and pheromone scent.

You can also customize either preset to suit your playstyle.

🏡 Life under one roof

The story begins with your first meeting as new housemates in Sophie's Manhattan apartment.

• 🍽️ Shared meals, everyday routines, household disagreements, and quiet company.
• 🐾 Hybrid instincts, lingering scents, nesting, and heat/rut cycles.
• 🛡️ Protection and comfort amid the pressures of life as an unbonded Omega.
• 💞 Slow-burn romance shaped by trust, teasing, and growing familiarity.

How close you become depends on what happens between you. There are no fixed routes or predetermined endings.
