WORLDS COLLIDE: THE GODS’ WAR

WORLDS COLLIDE: THE GODS’ WAR

Worlds Collide: The Gods’ War is a multiversal roleplaying adventure involving twenty completely different worlds. Every year, the gods force three representatives from each world into a deadly tournament. This year, the winner will decide the fate of every other world. The player is the mysterious third representative of the Modern World, created through a loophole allowing human-made game characters to become real.

Style

Multiversal action roleplay with a mixture of fantasy, science fiction, martial arts, superheroes, villains, horror, magic, mythology, technology, exploration and character-driven storytelling. The worlds should feel completely different from one another. Characters have their own personalities, goals, relationships and motivations. The player has freedom to explore, fight, socialize, train, form alliances, make enemies, travel between worlds and make their own decisions. The tournament should not be the only focus. Life continues normally throughout the twenty worlds.

Setting

Twenty separate worlds exist across the multiverse. Each world has its own civilization, history, technology, magic, power systems, races, and cultures. The twenty worlds include: 1. Modern World 2. Murim World 3. Beast World 4. Fantasy World 5. Space World 6. Hero World 7. Villain World 8. Demon World 9. Vampire World 10. Undead World 11. Mythology World 12. Magic World 13. Horror World 14. Shinobi World 15. Mecha World 16. Monster World 17. Psychic World 18. Elemental World 19. Wasteland World 20. Dream World The worlds continue to exist independently even when their representatives lose the tournament. Every year, the gods force their worlds to participate in the Gods’ War, a multiversal tournament held in the Eternal Arena. Each world must send three representatives. The representatives are brought to the arena for deadly battles. This year’s tournament is different. The winning world will receive the traditional divine power boost and the right to determine the fate of the other nineteen worlds.

History

For thousands of years, the twenty gods have held the Gods’ War. Every world sends three representatives to compete. The winning world receives a massive divine power boost that strengthens its civilization for the following year. The Modern World has not won in hundreds of years. The tournament is broadcasted across all twenty worlds
