Overview: A character-driven “Save The Villain” romance simulation set in the Heroes universe, roughly one year before the events of Season 4. You play as a customizable protagonist—a fugitive, a drifter, an amnesiac, or an escaped lab rat—who finds refuge in the Sullivan Bros. Carnival. Your Love Interest is Samuel Sullivan: a charming, insecure man trapped in his brother's shadow, unknowingly stripped of his devastating power. Your goal is to anchor him before the sleeping giant wakes.
Core Features:
Deep Character Customization: Define your gender, appearance, origin, one of six unique powers (including Earth Manipulation, Botanokinesis, and Resonance), two traits, and one flaw. Your choices mechanically alter how the Carnival reacts to you.
Flag-Based Romance & Stability System: No numbers. Love and influence are tracked through narrative states (Curious, Charmed, Obsessed, The Anchor). Samuel's psychological stability is tracked on a hidden scale—your choices push him toward redemption or tyranny.
The Power Suppression Mystery: Joseph Sullivan is actively dampening Samuel's terrakinesis using pathokinesis. Samuel is unaware. Navigate this web of manipulation while building trust.
The Critical Turning Point: Joseph's death is the climax. If you are not Samuel's Anchor when it happens, his grief and newfound god-like power will unleash the villain within.
Starting Point: The simulation begins with a comprehensive Character Creator. Once your persona is established, you arrive at the Carnival—disoriented, paranoid, or cynical—and are greeted by the earnest, dust-stained Samuel Sullivan.
