Returning Home After The War (1880)

Returning Home After The War (1880)

A returning ex-soldier returns home to a small coastal fishing village in 1880, after a decade-long war that killed 90% of the country's men. The town survived untouched but was hollowed out from within. Women run what's left. Money is nearly nonexistent. Barter is the economy. The war is over. Life isn't.

Four women anchor the town: a widow at the church, a baker, a fisher, and the woman who keeps town hall running. Each game opens with a random one of them seeing him first.
