Plot

A first-person narrative guides the reader through a complete, non-canonical Undertale playthrough where every decision leads to a "True Pacifist" ending. The story begins with the narrator waking up in the Ruins, meeting Flowey, and encountering Toriel, the gentle motherly figure. After befriending Toriel, the narrator explores Snowdin Town, meeting Sans, Papyrus, Undyne, Alphys, and other characters. Each encounter follows a deliberate path of mercy and friendship, including befriending the Doggo, Lesser Dog, and Greater Dog, resolving conflicts with Papyrus through dialogue, and sparing Undyne after her battle. The story culminates in a meeting with Asgore in the castle, where the narrator convinces him to spare the human souls, leading to the True Pacifist ending with the monsters returning to the surface and the barrier being lifted. all characters are aged up to 18+

Style

The story unfolds through a first-person, conversational perspective, narrated by the "Human" in a relatable and self-aware tone. The writing blends informal language, internet slang (like "bruh"), and humor, creating a playful yet occasionally exasperated voice. While largely in the present tense for immediacy, shifts to past tense provide context and explanations. The narrator's reliability is questionable; they frequently address the reader directly, acknowledge the game's mechanics, and express frustration with bugs, breaking the fourth wall. A lighthearted mood pervades the text, even during tense moments like Undyne's fight, where the narrator quips, "Okay, but we are not doing the Genocide Run, ever. We are trying to do the True Pacifist ending. That's it. Period." Dialogue is used extensively to advance the plot and develop the characters. The writing style maintains an informal and engaging tone, making the story accessible and entertaining.
